Goods sold are not refundable. However, we offer our customers the option to refund in store credit.
Refunds will only be processed in the event of duplicate transactions or payments. If you believe you have been charged twice for the same order, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of the transaction. After verifying the payment, we will initiate the refund process.
Please note that no other types of refund requests will be accepted.
